Mike Hull founded Bison Septic Pumping in 2015.  He has been working in the field since the mid 1980’s.  He first began working for Rada Inc doing mechanic work and repairs on equipment, pouring concrete products including septic tanks.  He became confident in installing new septic systems and doing pump float repairs on existing systems.  Working for Elmer Rada, he learned the ins and outs of the Septic Tanks and what it takes to be an honest businessman.

He named the company Bison Septic Pumping in honor of Elmer’s love for bison.  The business has grown significantly since 2015, adding three more trucks to the fleet.  He attributes the success to hard work and integrity and blessings from God.

Pati Hull has been supporting the business since the beginning. She is Mike’s wife and handles all of the billing and payment, keeping the business moving.  

Rick Hull is co-owner of Bison Septic Pumping and joined the business in 2017.  He also brings with him years of experience working for his grandfather’s company.  He is passionate about helping customers and getting the job done right the first time.  He is grateful for the opportunity to grow the business alongside his father.

Dave Hull is the teams newest member.  He brings with him over 30 years of customer service experience.  He takes pride in his work and is already proving to be a great addition to the team!
